Day 0 · free
On-site assessment
We inspect the shell, finish, tile, coping, deck, drainage and equipment, take photos and measurements, and listen to how you use the pool. We look for root causes, not just worn surfaces.

Week 1
Design & itemized proposal
Choose finishes, tile and deck materials with real samples at our Design Center or in our Mobile Showroom at your door. Your proposal is fully itemized, with no hidden costs.

Before start
Permits & scheduling
We pull the required permits, schedule inspections and lock in a start date. You get one project lead and a clear calendar before anything is drained.

Days 1–3
Drain & prep
The pool is drained and protected. Old finish, tile and coping come out as scoped, and the surface is prepared down to a sound base so the new work bonds for the long run.

Days 3–20+
Repairs, tile, coping & deck
Cracks and structure are repaired, then new waterline tile, coping, deck, lighting and equipment go in. Your project lead sends weekly updates with photos.

1 day
New finish
The interior finish is applied in a single, continuous day by our crew, then cleaned or exposed as the finish requires.

Final days
Fill, start-up & reveal
We fill the pool, balance the start-up chemistry and walk you through the brushing routine and your new equipment. We don’t consider it complete until you’re genuinely proud of it.
